A number of projects we are involved in have been shortlisted in The Sunday Times British Homes Awards.

Pocket Living and Waugh Thistleton’s recently completed  Rosina Street development has been nominated in the Affordable Housing Development category, as well as Best Design category in the National Housing Awards 2017.  XCO2 were appointed for M&E Design Stages 3, 4 and 6 for the 29 apartments and 300 sqm. of commercial space in Hackney, in addition to Utilities Statement, SAP, Part L and Code for Sustainable Homes.

Pocket Living’s Sail Street and Juxon Street in Lambeth have also been recognised in the Innovative Living Award category of the British Homes Awards.  XCO2 performed Right to Light Assessments and Daylight, Sunlight and Overshadowing Assessments on the two HKR Architects-designed developments, totalling 70 homes.

In the Innovative Living Award category we also have Berkeley Urban Houses, a Berkeley Homes project in Kidbrooke, South East London.  XCO2 provided third-party review services for the Overheating, DSO and Noise Assessments on the proposed development.

We are delighted to have been a part of all of these projects, and wish all those involved the best of luck!
