We are thrilled to share that 330 Gray’s Inn Road, King’s Cross, was announced as the winner in the Mixed-Use category at the New London Awards 2022!
XCO2 were the M&E and Sustainability Consultants on this masterplan, providing a 180-key hotel, office space, mixed tenure residential units and public space on the site of the former Royal National Throat, Nose and Ear Hospital.
