We’re delighted that 67 Southwark Street has been shortlisted at the Housing Design Awards 2023.
A combination of bespoke triplex, duplex and single floor apartments, as well as ground floor retail space, fit within this 16-storey building on a highly constrained triangular site.
XCO2 provided full detailed M&E design and sustainability consultancy for this luxury mixed-use scheme in Southbank and were involved in the project from concept through to completion. Reversible air source heat pumps, underfloor heating, and rooftop photovoltaic panels were combined with an efficient building fabric to meet a 35% reduction in carbon.
