XCO2 are happy to announce that Harvard Gardens in Southwark has been shortlisted for the Housing Design Awards 2013.  The project, based in Southwark, is intended to regenerate the Aylesbury Estate area, one of the largest housing estates in Europe.  The development will include 147 homes, both houses and apartments.   XCO2, working with Pollard Thomas Architects and developer L&Q, submitted the Energy and Sustainability Statements, Daylight and Sunlight Analysis Report, Initial Daylight Guidance and M&E Strategy Guidance.
