ADI Solaris, the newly developed office for Analog Devices International, has been awarded LEED Gold certified under the LEED v4.1 Interior Design & Construction (ID+C) rating system. This recognition reflects the project’s commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.

Situated on the seventh floor of Solaris @ Kallang, ADI Solaris covers 3,620 square meters consisting an open-plan concept office space with collaboration zones and employee lounge/pantry area incorporating indoor greenery and daylight-responsive lighting design to create a comfortable workspace. Several key sustainability features aimed at minimising environmental impact while promoting employee comfort and productivity as follow:

To enhance energy efficiency, the office is equipped with 100% LED lighting fixtures, and an energy-efficient centralised chilled water air conditioning system. Daylight sensors have been installed to reduce lighting energy consumption, and automatic lighting shutdown systems controlled by timers and motion sensors to minimise energy wastage from lighting outside office hours.

The project prioritised locally sourced and sustainable-certified materials where possible. A robust construction waste management system was implemented to minimise landfill impact, and an indoor air quality management plan during construction ensured the HVAC systems were protected, preserving air quality for its employees.

The indoor environment was a key priority, with interior finishes chosen to enhance occupant comfort and productivity. The office features low VOC interior finishes, BIFMA-certified system furniture, and MERV-rated air filters, which work together to minimise indoor pollutants. The integration of biophilic design elements, such as greenery in hanging planters and living walls, creates a relaxing and collaborative workspace, reflecting a modern approach to office design.

Additional features on awareness promotion further emphasise ADI Solaris’ commitment to sustainability. Digital signage throughout the office promotes awareness of sustainable practices and conservation habits. Employees have access to free bicycle parking, showers, and lockers in the building, supporting low-carbon commuting and active mobility. The building also offers free shuttle services to nearby MRT stations, encouraging the use of public transportation.
