We are pleased to share that plans have been submitted for the redevelopment of the Carpenters Estate in Stratford, London’s largest and most ambitious estate regeneration scheme. XCO2 were appointed by Populo Living to provide M&E and environmental services.
The £1bn investment will deliver 2,152 new homes if approved, with a minimum of 50 percent social rent homes, on a 23-acre site owned by Newham Council in the heart of Stratford.
