Great news- Finsbury Circus Gardens has been approved!

The Grade II-listed 2.2ha green space will be transformed into a biodiverse square with a 100-capacity, open-fronted pavilion café.

XCO2 are completing the detailed M&E design for the project after successfully providing environmental services and M&E design of the planning scheme. Environmental design modelling was completed in order to inform the architecture through advising on fabric build-ups, glazing specification, overhang depth and natural ventilation openings. The project uses ASHP technology to provide heating and hot water to the new park office and café. MVHR ensures heat loss is minimised and low energy lighting and controls will further reduce electrical use on the scheme.
