We are thrilled to announce that FIVE of our projects have been shortlisted at the NLA New London Architecture Awards 2023. We provided a range of MEP design, sustainability and environmental consultancy.

James Riley Point – Retrofit category
The refurbishment of James Riley Point (JRP) reinvents this 23-storey vacant residential tower set within a triangular site of poorly structured landscape and places it at the heart of its community. Due to complete in 2025.

Broadwater Farm Estate – Masterplans and Area Strategies category
The project for Homes for Haringey (HfH) includes the refurbishment of 700 homes, the demolition of three existing blocks and construction of 294 new council homes. Due to complete in 2035.

St Ann’s Masterplan – Masterplans and Area Strategies category
The 72,000sqm masterplan will transform part of the former St Ann’s hospital in Tottenham, North-East London into a mixed-use, mixed-tenure residential neighbourhood. Due to complete in 2029.

Joyce Newman House/ Joseph Lancaster Terrace – Housing category
A new community-led development of 40 social rent homes on the 1950s Lawson Estate in Southwark. Completed in June 2022.

The Jazz Yard – Housing category
Part of Sixty Brick’s wider residential-led masterplan, The Jazz Yard is a mixed-use development in Walthamstow containing 83 new homes (50% of which are affordable) as well as a new NHS Health Centre. Completed in February 2023.
