Forest Road, designed by Gort Scott for Pocket Living, has won the Medium Housing Development category at this year’s Brick Awards hosted by the Brick Development Association (BDA).
Located opposite the historic William Morris Gallery, Forest Road delivers 90 one-bedroom homes aimed at first-time buyers, making a significant contribution to the local community. Our team played a key role in providing environmental and building services support, focusing on renewable energy technologies like photovoltaic panels and air source heat pumps, which have helped achieve impressive carbon reductions.
