Jazz Yard has been shortlisted for People’s Choice in the Waltham Forest Design Awards.

Part of Sixty Bricks’ wider residential-led masterplan, the Jazz Yard scheme is a mixed-use development in Walthamstow comprising 83 new homes (50% of which are affordable) and a new NHS Health Centre and NHS Wellness and Advice Centre. The Jazz Yard is part of a vibrant new neighbourhood, providing its residents with a communal garden and play space and a rich detailed pink exterior with green accents.

Appointed by Sixty Bricks in 2020, we provided early-stage M&E design to support the scheme through its planning application – which was approved in 2019. We completed the mechanical, electrical and public health services design to BIM Level 2 and saw the project through to construction stage.

We collaborated with Bell Phillips Architects on this scheme, and later with On Architecture who were delivery architects during RIBA Stages 4 – 6. Engie Regeneration were main contractor on the scheme.

Vote for Jazz Yard to win the People’s Choice Award before 24 May 2024.
