We are delighted to announce that Oakfield has won at this year’s Housing Design Award under the ‘Building for a Healthy Life’ category. Congrats to all those involved on Nationwide’s first housing scheme. The development provides 239 intergenerational homes with a mixture of tenures.
XCO2 were appointed to work on the building services design from concept stage and the planning application, for which XCO2 provided a wide scope of environmental design guidance.
