This year’s XCO2 Pot Luck Lunch took place last Friday, with everyone bringing a dish from their country or culture for a communal meal.
Highlights included Labneh (strained yogurt cheese), Baba ganoush, Parkin, Sweet potato chocolate brownies, Greek meatballs, Chickpea curry, and last but definitely not least, Bacon butties!
