38 Havelock Terrace is a new 11-storey building, providing flexible office spaces for the emerging digital/technology district around Battersea Power Station.
XCO2 have been the M&E and environmental consultant for the development from concept stage and have worked closely with the design team to support the project through the planning process. The development is targeting a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating and is expected to reduce on-site regulated carbon emissions by 35.5%.
Planning permission was granted by Wandsworth and District Council, following close consultation with the GLA and LPA in March 2018.
