Cowleaze Road forms part of a set of developments for which XCO2 have supported Pocket Living with a range of environmental and MEP services from feasibility through to final completion. Over the recent years, our team has helped Pocket deliver its vision of site-specific, sustainable and energy-efficient design.
Located in Kingston Upon Thames, the development was completed in 2018 and is five-storeys high, containing 26 residential units. XCO2 carried out predictive energy modelling at an early stage as part of a feasibility study that aimed to evaluate strategy options to ensure efficient in-use performance and affordable utility bills for the occupants. This study was key in shaping integrated sustainability and MEP strategy for the development.
