Cowleaze Road forms part of a set of developments for which XCO2 have supported Pocket Living with a range of environmental and MEP services from feasibility through to final completion. Over the recent years, our team has helped Pocket deliver its vision of site specific, sustainable and energy efficient design.
The development, currently in construction in Kingston Upon Thames, will contain 26 residential units and will be five storeys high. XCO2 carried out predictive energy modelling at early stage as part of a feasibility study which aimed to evaluate strategy options to ensure efficient in-use performance and affordable utility bills for the occupants. This study was key in shaping an integrated sustainability and MEP strategy for the development.
