Situated in Royal Borough of Greenwich, Eynsham Drive involves the redevelopment of an existing car wash and pet hospital into a residential-led mixed use development, including four new buildings ranging from three to17 storeys. The scheme will provide 272 new homes, a new ground level pet hospital, and flexible commercial space.
XCO2 provided concept stage building services design as well as a range of environmental assessments to support the planning application, including daylight sunlight and overshadowing assessments, and energy and sustainability statements. The project was granted planning permission by GLA in December 2018.
