XCO2 are providing an array of environmental design services, as well as concept M&E design, for this new 120-home, mixed-use scheme on the edge of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

Occupying a a former industrial site between the River Lea and the A12, the 13,400sqm scheme will also deliver more than 3,500sqm of commercial space. More than a third of the 120 new homes will be affordable.

The planning application, which was heavily supported by a range of environmental and impact assessments by XCO2, was approved by the London Legacy Development Corporation in October 2018.
