XCO2 are providing building services and environmental design consultancy during planning stage of the 7-storey, approx. 3,000m2 new build office scheme in the London Borough of Islington.
The office building is located on the corner of Lamb’s Passage and Sutton Way, which will accommodate affordable workspaces and startup ventures. The redevelopment will also include the refurbishment of historic Grade-II listed vaults which sit beneath the site and once formed part of the Whitbread Brewery. Planning was granted in December 2022.
