The demolished Wood Street Library building, located in the London Borough of Waltham Forest, will provide a new mixed-use scheme comprising 67 residential units above an 843m² Families and Homes Hub and a 66m² retail unit across 10 storeys. The residental units consist of 41 one-bedroom dwellings, 23 two-bedroom dwellings, 3 three-bedroom dwellings.
XCO2 were appointed to provide environmental consultancy to support the development of the proposed scheme, including Whole Life Carbon Assessment, a Circular Economy Statement and a Wind Microclimate Assessment.
