We’re proud to share that the Selby Centre has won the Culture Award (Unbuilt) at the NLA Awards 2025!
Part of the ambitious Selby Urban Village regeneration – this project transforms a former secondary school and underused playing fields into a vibrant, community-focused neighbourhood. At its heart, the new Selby Centre will support sport and exercise, enterprise, social events and education for residents across Haringey and Enfield – alongside 202 new council homes for rent.
As M&E and environmental consultants, we supported the planning application with energy and sustainability strategies, overheating and circular economy analysis – and a whole life carbon assessment.
A huge achievement for the whole team – we can’t wait to see it come to life.
