We’re delighted to announced that St Ann’s Masterplan is shortlisted for the Housing Design Awards.

St Ann’s Masterplan is a large-scale residential-led, mixed use development in the London Borough of Haringey. The scheme, which is the largest new development in Haringey, will redevelop two thirds of the former St Ann’s Hospital and provide a medium-rise neighbourhood of up to 995 new homes and 5,000m2 of mixed-use commercial space.

We provided early-stage energy strategy and environmental design services to support the scheme through its planning application. A BREEAM pre-assessment has been carried out and is on track to achieve an ‘Excellent’ rating.

Congratulations to Karakusevic Carson Architects who we collaborated with on the scheme, as well as the wider design team: Adams & Sutherland, Price & Myers, Lambert Smith Hampton and AWA. Peabody New Homes and Hill Group are the client for the scheme.
