We’re excited to announced that St Ann’s Masterplan has won at the Housing Design Awards!
St Ann’s Masterplan is a transformative, large-scale residential-led mixed-use development in the London Borough of Haringey. As the largest new project in the area, it will redevelop two-thirds of the former St Ann’s Hospital into a vibrant medium-rise neighbourhood, featuring up to 995 new homes and 5,000m² of mixed-use commercial space.
Our team provided early-stage energy strategy and environmental design services to guide the project through its planning stages. A BREEAM pre-assessment has been completed and is on track to achieve an ‘Excellent’ rating.
A huge congratulations to Karakusevic Carson Architects and the wider design team, including Adams & Sutherland, Price & Myers, Lambert Smith Hampton and AWA. Peabody New Homes and Hill Group are the client for the scheme.
