We’re delighted to announced that St Ann’s New Neighbourhood has won ‘Best Use of Publicly Owned Land’ at Planning Resource Awards.

St Ann’s New Neighbourhood is a large-scale residential-led, mixed use development in the London Borough of Haringey. The scheme, which is the largest new development in Haringey, will transform two thirds of the former St Ann’s Hospital and provide a medium-rise neighbourhood of up to 995 new homes and 5,000m2 of mixed-use commercial space.

We provided early-stage energy strategy and environmental design services to support the scheme through its planning application. A BREEAM pre-assessment has been carried out and is on track to achieve an ‘Excellent’ rating.

Congratulations to planning consultant, Lambert Smith Hampton, as well as the design team: Karakusevic Carson Architects, Adams & Sutherland, Price & Myers, and AWA. Peabody New Homes and Hill Group are the client for the scheme.

We are proud to have played a part in this award-winning development and look forward to seeing its positive impact on the Haringey community.
