We’re delighted that The Jazz Yard in Waltham Forest has been shortlisted for multiple awards; in the ‘Housing’ category at the AJ Architecture Awards, ‘Best Housing Development – £20m’ and ‘Best Shared Ownership Development’ at the Inside Housing Development Awards, ‘Best New Place to Live’ at the Building London Planning Awards, and ‘Project Design of the Year’ at the London Construction Awards.
The new development is part of Sixty Bricks’ wider residential-led masterplan offering 83 homes (50% affordable) as well as a new Health, Wellness and Advice Centre.
XCO2 provided sustainability consultancy and completed the mechanical, electrical and public health services design to BIM Level 2 and saw the project through to construction stage.
