Wallis Road, Hackney Wick and Fish Island’s first shared living scheme, has been granted planning permission by the London Legacy Development Corporation. The scheme, which we worked on with Hawkins\Brown for Morro, is split across two buildings connected by link bridges and will house 212 shared living units and 1,200m2 of flexible workspace.

We’re providing both M&E and environmental services, and targeting a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating for the scheme. As well as providing the energy strategy, sustainability statement, embodied carbon analysis, operational energy (TM54) assessment and circular economy statement, we carried out the dynamic overheating risk analysis for both residential and non-residential areas to support the scheme’s compliance with Part O of Building Regulations.
