In July, we celebrated the completion of the first full two-year run of the XCO2 Academy – our internal training programme for junior sustainability consultants.
Over the past two years, the cohort has explored everything from energy and carbon to daylighting, wind analysis, retrofit, planning, certifications – and picked up plenty of acronyms along the way (AQA, M&E, ESG, SUDS… you name it!).
A huge thank you to Louise Wille for developing and leading the Academy, and to all our in-house experts who shared their knowledge. Most importantly, congratulations to our fantastic first cohort of graduates – you’ve set a high bar for those who will follow.
