XCO2 has been selected for this year’s Good Employer Guide by Building Magazine, which highlights organisations across the built environment that are investing in skills, training, diversity and inclusion, wellbeing, pay and benefits.
The announcement was made at the Good Employer Guide Live, held at The Savoy in London, where more than 200 leaders from across construction, housing and architecture gathered to discuss employment initiatives and workplace culture across the industry.
At the event, XCO2 also received a special achievement commendation for its pioneering nine-day fortnight, recognising the initiative as an example of how reduced working hours can support employee wellbeing and individual accountability while maintaining professional standards.
