XCO2 were appointed in the early stages of this luxury development to outline the main sustainability issues related to the development of this Ritz-Carlton branded, 18-hole golf course development on the Mediterranean coast of Morocco which includes retail, restaurants, villas and apartments.
From setting the main energy and sustainability targets, XCO2 worked with the architects to propose solutions to improve building energy efficiency with a view to reducing operational costs and environmental impacts.
